Graduation Requirements
The Student must complete the following graduation requirements:
- Complete the required number of program clock hours.
- Complete and submit all clinic practical worksheets, to demonstrate completion of State requirements.
- Pass the school’s final written and practical exams.
- Complete the required theory hours and pass all written theory exams.
Upon meeting all requirements listed above for graduation, the Student will receive an official transcript. Students may also request an official current transcript from the School, at any time following graduation.
Upon meeting all requirements listed above for graduation, the Student will receive a graduation/completion certificate.
The Celebrity A Paul Mitchell Franchise School reserves the right to hold on graduating a student if the student fails to complete all listed requirements or fails to pass the written and practical exams, as determined by the school.
Upon graduation the student will be eligible for the State Board Licensing Examination. The student must submit:
- Request For Cosmetology Theory Examination (2/3 way through course).
- Request for Cosmetology Practical Examination and Initial License (completion of course).
- Request for Manicuring, Teacher Training, or Esthetics Theory and Practical Examination and Initial License (completion of course).
- Request Alternative Hair Design State Exam and Initial Permit (completion of course).
- Money order for the State Board Examination and license fees.
Graduates Completing a Program and Reenrolling in a new program
A student that graduates from one program within the school and wishes to enroll in another program within the school, a determination of the state laws will determine the amount of hours that will be transferred into the new program, the student will need to meet the quantitative and qualitative components of SAP for the new program.

Career opportunities for Cosmetologists include, but are not limited to, Hair Stylist, Color Stylist, Makeup Artist, Nail Technician, Educator, Salon Owner or Manager, Product Trainer, Platform Artist, Esthetician, Barber and many more.
Although The Celebrity A Paul Mitchell Franchise School does not guarantee employment upon graduation, The Celebrity A Paul Mitchell Franchise School maintain an aggressive job placement program and will inform students of job openings and opportunities. The Celebrity A Paul Mitchell Franchise School coordinates placement programs with local and national salons by sending out surveys and inviting salon owners and guest artists to teach and speak there.
The Celebrity A Paul Mitchell Franchise School has placed students in the beauty industry as Hair Stylists, Color Stylists, Makeup Artists, Manicurists, Braiders, Estheticians, Educators, and Salon Owners or Managers.
